How to create and add products to your Shopify store using the clubINK app.
Definitions
RRP – This is the Recommended Retail Price (MSRP) for the product and is double the whole sale price. You can sell products at any price you would like and that can be adjusted on the product listing within Shopify.
Add Products – This adds blank products to your store and allows your customer to upload images, customized and personalized the product themselves.
Create Single Product – This is for creating a single product listing, using the built in designer, for your store.
Create Multiple Products – This allows for you to take a single image and populate it across multiple products. Then add those products to your Shopify store.
View My Orders – This is where you would view order details for items created with the clubINK app.

3D vs 2D – Depending on the product some can be viewed and designed in 3D or 2D. Most double sided products like pillows are viewed in 3D while single sided products like fleece blankets are in 2D. Products that are 3D are indicated as such in the product name and can be rotated using the mouse when designing.
Search Bar – From here you can search for products by their name, ie Pillow Spun Polyester or by the clubINK item number provided on the clubINK product reference guide. You can also use the categories on the left side to narrow down what products you can view and search at once.
Add Products
This method will allow you to add blank products to your store and to let your customers upload their own images and design to products for purchasing.
First step would be to find which product you would like to add to your store. Once you have found the product, click the Add To My Store button.
A pop up will appear where the product name can be changed, a product description can be added and the price can be set. The price (RRP) and name are filled in with the clubINK defaults but the product description will be blank.
Once that information is filled out, click the purple Save button found in the bottom right of the pop up window. That will add the product to your store and take you back to the clubINK app for you add more products.
The product once added to your store is live and can take up to 15 minutes to appear. Any additional modifications to the product must be done within the product listing on Shopify. Products, once created or added to Shopify, cannot be edited within the clubINK app.
Create Single Product
This method will allow you to create individual items with images and designs you’ve uploaded for listing on your store.
First step would be to find which product you would like to create and add to your store. Once you have found the product, click the Create Product button. This will open a pop up where you can design and add images to the product.
The instructions for how to use the designer can be found near the end of this guide.

Create Multiple Products
This creation method allows you to take a single image and populate it across multiple products.
The first step would be to create and design the image you are wanting to use. Instructions for the designer can be found near the end of this guide. Once that has been created, click the purple Save Design button found in the bottom right corner.
When the design has been saved the app will take you to the product selection screen. From here you can add a product directly to you store by clicking Add to My Store. A small pop up window at the bottom of your screen will confirm that the product has been added.
Products can also be individually edited to adjust the image you uploaded during the first step. Once a product has been edited you can save the design and then add it to your store.
The product once added to your store is live and can take up to 15 minutes to appear. Any modifications to the product such as product name, product description price must be done within the product listing on Shopify. Products once they are added to Shopify, cannot be edited within the clubINK app.
View My Orders
This is where orders with clubINK items can be viewed. This is where the Order ID that is associated with your order in the clubINK production system can be found and is the ID we will ask for.
You’ll also be able to see the customer’s name, when the order was created, status, and tracking information.
Order status, if successfully sent to the clubINK production system, would show Received by Supplier and once shipped would show Dispatched (Retailer Notified). There may be errors on the order if it shows status QC Query or has been at Received for more than 24 hours. Please contact support@clubink.com with the Order ID to resolve any error.
