MWW On Demand is experiencing no delays and producing products with no extended SLAs. Shipping Carriers may be experiencing regional delays due to Covid or weather. Check with your selected carriers regarding any changes in their Service Level Agreements.

Holiday SLA Adjustments: Ecommerce sales continue to grow as companies extend their Black Friday/Cyber Week sales period throughout November/December. As we continue to make adjustments to handle order volume, MWW On Demand has proactively extended customer SLAs to 7 business days in order to provide the most positive customer experience possible. Please be aware of how these changes in service level may affect order delivery times for customers.

As the US begins to safely return to our businesses and our lives, the public has been doing the responsible thing in wearing cloth face masks to protect themselves and each other. As a result of these actions, there has been an incredible uptick in demand for cloth face masks from the entire industry. MWW has been expanding our production capabilities at all of our facilities to help accommodate this immense demand.
Currently, incoming orders may experience an unusual wait time for cloth face masks. These fulfillment dates could reach up to 30 days.
This fulfillment delay only impacts the cloth face mask products. The remainder of the MWW On Demand product catalog is being produced at standard SLAs.

MWW is currently experiencing extremely high demand for our face masks. To accommodate this incredible volume of orders, we have pushed our own capacities and capabilities to increase production while continuing to be vigilant about the safety and health of our employees.
Mask lead times continue to range up to 14 days in some cases, but our talented team members are working hard to bring that down as soon as possible. Changes in lead times will be communicated via these e-mails and on our website at https://mwwondemand.com/covid-
Due to the increase in orders, there may also be a delay in our customer support response time.
