MWW On Demand is experiencing no delays and producing products with no extended SLAs. Shipping carriers may be experiencing regional delays due to COVID or weather. Check with your selected carriers for any changes in their Service Level Agreements.

Update: November 24, 2020

Holiday SLA Adjustments: Ecommerce sales continue to grow as companies extend their Black Friday/Cyber Week sales period throughout November and December. MWW On Demand has proactively extended customer SLAs to 7 business days to support demand.

Update: May 4, 2020

As the US begins to return to business, demand for cloth face masks has surged. MWW has expanded production at all facilities to meet this demand.

Fulfillment of cloth face masks may experience up to 30-day delays. This delay affects only face masks; all other products are being produced on standard SLAs.
